Re: Agreement of February 12, 2020 between City of Greenville, SC and Terracon
Consultants, Inc. – Contract No. 5510

Dear Mr. Dudani:

The City and Terracon Consultants, Inc. entered into this agreement to provide on-call
geotechnical testing and consulting services for the City of Greenville Engineering
Department. Per the above-mentioned agreement, the City has the right to extend the
agreement for up to two (2) successive one-year terms by written notice to you prior to
the end of the current term. The current contract term ends on February 12, 2022.

With the foregoing in mind and based on acceptable performance by Terracon

Consultants, Inc., please accept this letter as notification of City’s intent to extend this
Agreement for one (1) additional year beginning February 13, 2022 extending through
February 12, 2023.
