COMPLAINT LETTER ABOUT EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE

This letter is to complain about one of your employees named Zahrah who is working as clerk in
your store.

01. She has misbehaved with me when I visited your store at Imago Branch on 27 th
February 2021 at 2.35pm. I came to return a gadget I had purchased because of some faulty
and I also bring the receipt along with me. When I try to ask her about the return policy, she
just reply ‘I’m busy’ while looking at her phone. I ask her again politely, but she yelled at me
saying that I’m disturbing her with her work (on the phone).

02. I was mortified, shock and embarrassed because there’s a lot of customer in the store. I
still haven’t found any solution about the faulty gadget that I purchased because I left the store
after a harsh treatment I encountered. I was totally disappointed with the unprofessional
behavior of your employee.

03. I believe you will take the necessary action regarding this matter otherwise it will spoil
the reputation of your store. I’m still looking forward to return back the faulty gadget I
purchased as soon as this matter has been settled.
