PARTICIPANTS : OPEN TO ALL AGES

OBJECTIVES

 The purpose of this activity is to entertain and showcase the talents of the members of
LGBTQ community and the youth in Sariaya, Quezon in this time of pandemic.

METHODOLOGY

1. The Group/Proponents of this activity will inform the citizen for the said event.

2. Invite/Encourage all the Sariayahin to attend the event.

3. Follow IATF protocol

COST REQUIREMENTS
PRIZES for BOTH events:

1ST Runner-up: P10,000

2nd Runner-up: P7,000

3rd Runner-up: P5,000

Other expenses:

P16,000 for the sound system and other expenses

 RECOMMENDATION

In view of the above, it is hereby recommended that the herein activity design with a total cost
budgetary requirement of sixty thousand (Php 60,000) is chargeable against the organization be
approved.
