Doing such exercises improves physical health, reduces risks for serious illness,
increases energy and vitality feelings, helps people perform activities of daily life more
easily, helps people to lose and maintain weight, improves mood and most especially it
improves self-confidence. And we all know that there are different techniques or ways
that will help to develop are body, develop are self to become much healthier. And last
Monday, we have done exercise the circuit abs and core workout that will helpful in
activating our whole core and to burn the calorie and fats that we have in our body. And
it is important to indicate before that exercises we need to have warmed up stretch our
bone and body. And after that as a group we have chose the exercises that honestly
things or exercises. During our presentation or performance task we chose the Russian
twist, bicycle crunches, heel touches (alt), scissor kicks, flutter kicks and leg raises that I
considered as the most difficult because during the exercises I felt so much pain in legs,
suffered muscular fatigue and after we have done those exercises I feel so tired and I
have so much sweat that I considering as the product of my hard works. There is no
magic exercise that will give you an hourglass figure or rock-hard, six-pack abs.
