UPPER BODY EXERCISES

Upper-body strength and endurance are also considered important for

performing functional and daily activities as well as preventing injury and osteoporosis.

Strong muscles enable functional movements associated with everyday living. Many

recreational activities such as skiing and kayaking require strength in particular muscle

groups such as legs or upper body. When muscles are strong the associated tendons

which attach muscles to bone, and ligaments, which attach bone to bone are usually

also strong. And as we all know that doing such upper body exercises can build our

capabilities to lift the heavy things easier. And upper body exercises will be helpful for

us to make our body healthier and having strong bones. And last March 4, 2019 we

have done such upper body exercises like wall pushups that will be helpful to

strengthen our arms, shoulder and chest, the suspension rows, good for the strength

development of the upper back. The single arm overhead press it builds the muscles

and bones of our arms and our upper body. The bicep curls, the triceps curls and

shoulder taps, this upper body exercises makes us realized that through the help of this

exercises we can be able to make our bone more stronger and during the exercises I

can feel that my bones giving up because I`m not accustomed with those exercises.

And I was thankful that I`ve experienced those exercises because through exercises I

can relieve my stress with such things.
