Netbox being a business that relies on its quality of service emphasizes the skills and knowledge of the
head technician to be able to produce the best experience for the users. The technician must be always
updated on the latest technologies regarding the service of providing internet. The technician shall be
sent to seminars and training programs necessary for the improvement of the business.

The company will hire mostly women except for the toppers this is to give employment for women.
Since, our factory building will be located at Tuluan, Tambulig, Zamboanga del Sur. As long as they are
hardworking and the eagerness to learn. The company will provide proper training before the actual
works. Also, the toppers must be expert in their field due to the risk of their job.

E. Management and Policies Regulation

The management will be strict on timeliness of the employees. They must be on time on their job and
their duties. Absences will be dealt with penalties by deduction in their salary if not for a valid reason.
Efficiency and effectiveness of their duties is upmost importance in their day to day routine in the office.

The partners will be the ones to choose the applicants befitting for the vacant positions. Re-
shield is an eco-friendly entity that helps to minimize waste by developing a product that is a
face shield using face mask residuals. The entity will provide training and environmental
seminars for the employees. Collecting and disinfecting the face mask residuals are an essential
part of the production. The entity will also conduct seminars on correctly disposing of the nose-
wire and other residuals in the production.
The workers should know the importance of disinfecting as COVID 19 still does not subside.
Employees will be trained with the proper procedure in operating the machines and equipment
and assembling the face shield's parts, and appropriate disposal from production residue.

 Management and Policies Regulation

Since Re-shield has limited workers, strict compliance to the employees' attendance and
timeliness will be strictly implemented by the management. They will only have 16 hours
allocated absences within a year; if it exceeds the allotted hours given, it will be dealt with
penalties by deduction in their salary. They should file a leave form before or after the day they
will absent for compliance and strict monitoring of absences. The entity is also strict with sexual
harassment in the establishment to have a safe and efficient workplace. Sexual harassment in the
workplace is a form of sex discrimination that negatively affects the working environment.
Due to the restricted number of employees at Azucar de
Coco, the management will severely enforce employee  timeliness. They will ony be allowed 16 
hours of vacation each year; if they take more than that, they will face penalties
in the form of wage deductions. For compliance and strict monitoring of absences, they should fi

a leave form before or after the day they will be absent. In order to maintain a secure and effecti
ve workplace, the corporation is also rigorous with sexual harassment in the workplace. Sexual 
harassment at work is a form of sex discrimination that has a detrimental impact on the workpla
ce.

and timeliness. They will only be allowed to have a absences of a maximum of 3 days each year, if they
take more than that, they will face penalties in the form of wage deductions. For compliance and strict

order to maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of the company.
