During Taylor's internshipshe dsplayed many qualtes that make heran excellent teacher. Fest, she bit relationships
with the students by having"Lunch Bunch” with them She gained thelr trust by spending time with studentsandasking
them questions about thingsthey ked. Nex, she had exceptionaelass management sils nat commoniyseen in interns

ways tomake the lessons excting to keep students engaged. She found waysto give students opportunities ta respond

Taylor had many challenges his year wth being the fst year coming back from COVIO. There were manyrestrctions
in lace and things were notas they normaly would be. Our cass was truly diversein al aeas, twas this group'sfist
{ullyear of school Along with that fact came many challenges with behavir, academicievel, and interactions with
parents. Ths css hat 8 IEPsand Taylor was responsible foraccommodatingand nding resources, Further, alongwith
‘the students that were on|EPs we had severalstudents that were above grade level. Tylor neededtofind resources to
accommodate themas wellsothat they remained challenged and kept progressing. Taylor roseto all these challenges,
‘She asked for help from me and from ather teachers when needed and was alwayslooking for more she could do to
meetthe needs of allthe students,
Taylor's skis and professionalism became apparent toal nthe building The longer she was inthe bulging andthe
