Smart Greenhouse is a controlled environment for optimal plant growth where temperature, humidity, and brightness are continuously monitored by sensors. Small variations in these conditions trigger automated responses by the controller to take corrective actions and maintain suitable conditions for plant growth. Setting up the smart greenhouse involves instrumenting it with various sensors, connecting the sensors to a controller for data collection, and programming the controller for automated responses to sensor readings.

Smart Greenhouse is a controlled micro-climate environment for
optimum plant growth.
The climatic conditions inside the greenhouse, such as temperature, humidity, brightness, are continuously monitored. Small variations in these climatic conditions trigger automated actions. Automated actions assess the change and take corrective action, mainetning optimal conditions for plant growth. So, in order to automate we can choose several controllers.
The complete study can be broken down into several parts:
- Instrumentation: choice of equipment and locations then installation of tools. A brightness sensor, 2 temperature sensors and sensor (for indoor and outdoor), a soil moisture sensor and a water level sensor. These sensors will be connected to a controller to collect data environmental and can be sold as a single sensor that does all the work. - Communication: the data will be communicated with wires or by network in case of use of wireless sensors - Automation of the greenhouse: Using the programming or the settings of a controller.
