Answers: MASLOW’S HIERARCY OF NEEDS

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs is important because this is concerned with an

individual’s motivation. Each stages shows that we humans are motivated by our needs.

Additionally, it paves a way for us to assess the direction of our lives. If we think that we

are still unsatisfied with our needs, we will be stuck in that particular stage and we will

not be able to progress. That is why we people often change our critical needs that are

not met, look for alternatives, then find a way to get it. On the other hand, I guess I am

still in the process of reaching the pinnacle of Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs. Honestly, I

feel like I am not yet self-actualized because there are instances that I am still

concerned about the opinion of others and that I am still searching for my purpose in

life.
