PUBLIC NOTICE

Subject: Online filling of information relating to admission made in

Medical College/Postgraduate Institute for postgraduate medical courses
for the academic year 2021-22-reg.

Reference to this office's circular dated 05.04.2022 on the subject matter

wherein all the colleges were requested for online filling of information related to
admissions made for post graduate medical courses for the academic year 2021-22.
As mentioned in the circular, the last date for filling up the information online was 2
days after last date of admission. However, due to persistent change in the last
date of admission, colleges are not able to fill up the final details.

2. All the Medical Colleges/Institutes in India are hereby informed that the last
date of filling information relating to admission made for Post Graduate (Broad and
Super Specialty) for the Academic year 2021-22 on the NMC portal has been
extended to 09.05.2022.

3. If no data is uploaded on the portal in the stipulated time, then the Medical
Colleges/Institutes will be required to fill up the details by physically visting NMC
along with the reason for not filling the details in time.

4. No physical/manual data will be accepted whatsoever is the reason. •
