Sn SR ISSUE FIRST RESPONSE

1 Load Shedding DT is on Local Load shedding to manage the DTs insufficient capacity
to match customers installed Load. This is being done to prevent a
DT failure.
2 Pole Location will be visited and situation assessed. Pole replacement is
subject to availability of poles from BU.
3 No Supply Location will be visited and situation assessed.
4 Loss of Phase Location will be visited and situation assessed.
