Order Cancelation + Cancellation on stock models can be done within 3 working days after first deposit. + Custom eyewear or bigger order quantities can be cancelled within 5 working days after first deposit is made. + WMD will charge a 30% production damage fee in case the cancellation is not done within the above mentioned. Delivery + Delivery time will be within 15-30days after first deposit is received and confirmed (signature) on the quotations, Sales representative will point out in case it will be longer as expected (holidays, force major etc). + WMD demands a 5% monthly fine in case the invoice is not settled within 30 days after receipt. + Damage and return on products has to be listed at the sales representative within 7 days after receipt.
