NOTICE

All IInd and IIIrd year students are hereby informed that those students who have appeared in OBE
Examination (Nov-Dec 2021) and got Essential Repeat /Result Awaited /Not available in their
mark-sheet due the following reasons are requested to fill the Google form by 15th May 2022.

1. Wrong Upload of DSC / DSE papers

2. Difference between UPC of papers in pre-data (first submission of (examination forms) and
subsequently change in examination forms in OBE portal or and SAMARTH portal.
3. E-mail submission of answer scripts through email.

Student may fill/submit their details by using the following Google Link:

Further, those students who have submitted their answer scripts via email have to wait atleast a
month for declaration of their result, as informed earlier by email sent by Dean, Examination before
the commencement of examination.

Note: It may clearly be noted that beyond this date no application/request will be accepted in this
regard.
