1. Tell us about yourself and why you are interested in joining the Homecoming Committee.

2. Did you participate/attend any of the Homecoming events this past year? If you did,
which ones did you attend and what are your thoughts on the event(s)?

3. Why do you feel Homecoming is important to the campus and community?

4. Tell us about a time when you had a conflict within a team and how you addressed it.

5. Describe a time when something you planned or organized did not go as you had hoped.
How did you handle the situation and what was the outcome?

6. What have you learned from your education and/or work/volunteer/personal experience
that is related to event planning, marketing, or executing events?

7. What strengths or skills do you feel you would bring to this position?

8. What ideas do you have for Homecoming 2022? What would you like to see?
9. What do you hope to get out of this experience?

10. Tell us about an experience you have had in planning an event or activity and explain the
major details you had to consider for it to be successful.

11. Tell us about a time you had a schedule conflict, and how you prioritized your time.

Important Information to note:
- Commit to a non-paid internship for the term of March - November 2022
- Attend regularly scheduled weekly meetings (TBD)
- Serve 2 office hours per week
- Attend committee retreat Friday, March 25, 2022 from 3 pm to 5 pm.
- Brainstorm, prepare and help implement Homecoming week events
- Assist in preparation of events and serve as event staff
