You are required to submit a report on one company (manufacturing or service) covering following points-
1. Introduction to the company and scope of their operations.

2. An introduction to the key operations/processes of the organisation.

3. Risk management through operations management.

4. Analysis of operations through effectiveness metrics considering following parameters-

a. Quality

b. Price

c. Time

d. Flexibility

e. Green impact

5. Analysis of change in operational strategies due to impact of external environment.

About assignment:

 Create a word document of your detail report, content should not be copied (should be plagiarized free).
 This should be written in a concise, formal business style to summarise and highlight key information and
data using single spacing and font size 12 (Times New Roman).
 You are required to make use of headings, paragraphs and subsections as appropriate
