Petitioner was ordered to be handed over possession after full

payment. If the petitioner did not want the possession she should have
mentioned the same in the pleadings and relief before RERA, Raipur.

The state commission also took note that the petitioners have
suppressed the above mentioned order passed by RERA, Raipur and
facts related to it. The petitioner has not appeared before us with clean
hands as the state commission got to know about the order of RERA
from the documents submitted by respondent.

This Revision Petition is therefore filed under Section 21(B) of the

Consumer Protection Act, 1986 is against Order dated 16.12.2021
passed by the Hon’ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal
Commission Chhattisgarh at Raipur in the appeal no. CC/19/57
wherein the Hon’ble State Consumer Dispute Redressal Forum has
failed to appreciate the following:-
