SUBJECT NO.03 Consideration regarding character verification reopen received form Law
Department Bhopal regarding Shri Ashish Dhurve, selected candidates of civil Judge Class-II
(Entry Level) Exam-2017, for consideration of his suitability for the post of Civil Judge
Class-II (Entry Level).

Attestation From submitted by Shri Ashish Dhurve and the police verification report,
received from the office of SP, District Chhindwara reveal that Criminal Case No 2471/04
(M.P. State through Police Station Parasiya. Distt. Chhindwara v. Mintu @ Ashish & Ors.).
was registered under section 325/34 of IPC against him but vide order dated 05.05.2006 of
JMFC, Chhindwara the candidate has been acquitted on the basis of compromise.

After consideration. The Full Court resolves that selected candidate Shri Ashish Dhurve is
suitable for the post of Civil Judge class-II (Entry Level)-2017.
