As an activist sharholder at Tassler Motors Inc., I would urge you to consider my recommendation of
Mr Gerry Ford for the new non-executive director position. Despite Ms Bishy's great experience as
non-executive board member and valuable expertise in the tech industry, it is important to point out
that she might not have enough time on her hand to fulfill her duties at Tassler Motors, as she
already serves on 11 boards. Furthermore, given her close relationship with the company's current
CEO, it has to be considered that her position at Tassler Motors would lead to conflict of interest. Mr
Ford, on the other hand is an excellent candidate for the position due to his prior experiences he
gathered working in the electromobility sector of the White House, which olny highlights the fact
that he will provide important strategic insights into policies on electric cars and green mobility.
Admittedly, his position as CFO at Drive Batteries Inc. might suggest a less independent candidate,
yet, his great success and competence at the position resulted in a 5% rise at the company's profit
margin, and I am convinced he will achieve even better results at Tassler Motors Inc.
