1. Describe the workflow of the room. Is it strictly a special education classroom or a general education
classroom that you are observing.
The workflow was very good. It was an inclusion class which was very neat to observe.
2. Describe the layout and the kind of instruction/setting arrangement going on with the teachers and the
students?
The classroom was set up for station teaching. It started on the rug for circle times. Then the students would do
centers while the teacher would teach at the tables. They would work on their fine motor skills by doing crafts
or working on their name.
3. If you are in a general education classroom, does the teacher teach in a whole group setting layout?
I was in an inclusion classroom, and the teacher would teach in a whole group setting but then would move to
one on one at the tables.
