1 In the meeting the Presider opens the discussion about the date and venue for the
retreat. To which everyone agreed that it will be on May 20-22, initially the venue at
Camp Tarra, San Joaquin, Iloilo but the venue still open for suggestions.
2 List of Youth members must be submitted on May 4, while the final data will be on May 7
so that they can finalize the number of youth who will be joining on the retreat.
3 The officers discussed for the upcoming activities
Prayer Network: There will be a United Prayer and one church will lead the prayer time
every AY Program
Young Professional: will just identify the profession/work of YP member then try to keep
in touch with them
PCM: identify the youth members that enrolled in NON-SDA schools and know if they are
aware of PCM
Masterguide: identify the member of the church who are active/inactive masterguide
Media Correspondent: keep in touch with Hope Channel Western Visayas by sending the
documentation, praise report, prayer request, news done in the District
4 The officers agreed that will have Prayer Time once a month during the AY Program
