Letter of Intent into Commercial Lease Negotiations for: Shop lot at Seksyen 15 Shah Alam Selangor Dear prospective Tenant: This non binding Letter of Intent (“LOI”) outlines the terms on which the Idrus Bin Harun and Firdaus Bin Idrus would be willing to pursue further lease negotiations for a lease (Bank Islam Malaysia Berhad, 11th Floor, Wisma Bank Islam, Jalan Dungun, Bukit Damansara, 50490 Kuala Lumpur). The following terms and conditions will serve as an outline of the proposed lease agreement and as the basis for preparation and negotiation for a final lease agreement acceptable to both parties.
