Description:

A higher education institution, such as Central Luzon State University, must encourage its staff
who wish to pursue master's and doctoral degrees. In this way, the institutions may ensure their
employees' credibility, capability, and abilities in contributing to the accomplishment of the university's
purpose, vision, goals, and objectives. This program encourages employees' professional growth through
continuing education, and it includes professional degree programs, various professional sub-courses,
and workshops that can assist employees enhance their performance.

Objectives:

 To encourage employee to pursue a higher professional growth


 To promote higher professional morale to the employee
 To produce employee equipped with higher professional educational background
 To strengthen the university’s credibility and capability in giving a higher education

Impact:

Supporting an employee's professional development can make a significant difference in their


motivation and aspiration, job performance, morale, and career planning. Employees of the University
who wish to pursue a master's or doctorate degree but lack the financial means to do so can be
encouraged to better their jobs in order to receive financial assistance from the institutions. It can also
help to produce graduates that have a greater level of education, professionalism, and abilities.
