 Inform parents and BLGU regarding the learners situation for
possible referral
 Release the learner and advice to undergo isolation:
*7 days for asymptomatic
*14 days for symptomatic
 Disinfect the isolation area
 Close monitoring of the suspected/probable learner and the
remaining number of leaners who are in primary contact
 If a learner/s is in primary contact to a  Coordinate with the BLGU/ local IATF/ LDRRM/ RHU/ Contact  Teachers
suspected/ probable/confirmed COVID – 19 Tracer  School Nurse

 Undergo isolation:
*7 days for asymptomatic

 If a teacher/s manifested symptoms of COVID –  Advise the teacher to undergo isolation (Work from Home)  School Head
