Story of myth
Who: Perseus and Andromeda

What: Andromeda is chained to a rock by Poseidon and is to wait to


be devoured by a sea monster.

How: Andromeda’s mother Cassiopeia boasted that Andromeda was


much more beautiful than the Nereids. Poseidon did not like this so
he decided to send a sea monster to destroy the the kingdom of
Cepheus’s.
