Greetings,

I Ken Bryan G. Macagba guardian and brother of Rozan Cabilatazan and would like to ask in

your good office a consideration to excuse my sister starting last April 26, 2022 until May 6,

2022 and may extend depending on the severity of the situation. The reason of her absence was

to visit her father and was in critical condition and having a stage 4 Lymphoma and was reported

that he was unresponsive and lethargic; it may be his last few weeks to live.

Hoping for you kind consideration on this matter and extension on their activities, examination

and return demonstrations, it will be a great help to relieve some tensions and pressure for what

may happen day by day.
