Moon Phases Slider

Instructions to build:

Print all three pages. Cut the white circle out of the first page. Glue to the second page
along the top and bottom edges only. Trim the sides down.

Use the third page as a template to cut out of black paper. This will be the slider. Insert it
between the other two papers and slide it back and forth to create the different moon
phases.
