Considering the different analytical perspective on the Noli me tangere, what are the implications for
the teaching of this novel?

-We believe that teaching Noli me tangere inspires Filipino youngsters and awakens us Filipino citizens
to the importance of fighting for our own nation. Because nearly all of his works are about how our own
country became independent. Like Noli Me Tangere, which he penned while the Spaniards were
colonizing us. Because of the abuse of Spaniards, Rizal composed a novel. Rizal was compelled to lead a
revolution against them, based on his own expertise and writings. We can see how competent Rizal is at
observing events both inside and outside our country, which helped him create strategies that
eventually led to reform, in this book. In today's society, we can see how mandatory teaching of Rizal's
life and writings, particularly the Noli Me Tangere, has improved our character. Its ramifications also
provided us with knowledge, allowing us to see and understand wrongdoings in our society, particularly
in our government. It reinforces our nationalist spirit, in which we would do everything possible to
ensure the freedom of our country. It teaches us to be self-sufficient, to be intellectual by understanding
our Filipino rights, and to avoid being abused by individuals of greater position or power. We can see
that our country is no longer colonized; instead, it is independent, which means that Rizal's works are
not as well known today as they were before, when they were even considered a weapon. As a result,
mandatory teaching of this is critical for every Filipino to recognize Dr. Jose Rizal's heroism and
nationalism.
