LAND AND PROPERTY LAW

INSTRUCTION:

1. A group has to choose 1 case of land dispute (which the verdict is final and binding);
2. Analysis the consideration parts of the panel of judges, compare with the regulations, and give
your opinion as the result of your analysis;
3. If you are agreed with the judges, give your reason and explain why you are agreed with the
judges;
4. If you are disagreed with the judges, give your reason and explain why you are disagreed with
the judges.
5. The report of your analysis will be as follows:
a. Introduction
b. The Case Position (describe the case)
c. The Considerations from the panel of judges
d. The Analysis of each consideration.
e. Conclusion.
6. Write your references and the legal basis (the regulations) as your tools to analyze the
considerations of the case.
7. Type of fonts: times new roman; spacing 1.
