What should Megan do?
Here, we can see that Megan was working as a summer intern at small Silicon Valley Company to review, revise and create the outline key department process. The end of the summer the task which is given to Megan to creating a document that described how the company renews client contracts and obtains quotes for customers. Megan had to outline the extensive process in one document because Megan’s manager want to use this renewal process document for new employees as a training guideline. After complete the assignment successfully Megan was communicating with Sarah, a company manager based in Ireland. As Sarah’s team worked with that type of document that’s why Sarah know that how to managed the process in a better way. But on the other hand Cindy did not create a good bonding with Sarah. So that she did not work well with Sarah and also did not appreciate her work style. Megan creating her report and send it to Sarah , Cindy and also a others managers. But Megan found herself in an odd situation because every managers give a different opinion to her. Cindy and Sarah both of them give a different opinion to Megan on their personal view point. Meanwhile Cindy come to Megan’s desk and wanted to know that how was the working experience with Sarah, “How awful the project must be” for Megan. According to the Cindy’s point of view about Sarah Megan sure that Cindy did not like Sarah’s work style also her thinking but Megan also know that Sarah’s opinion for document was more representative. Megan is in a dilemma because she wants to remain a good relationship with her manager but also Sarah’s opinion is need full for final document. According to my opinion the organization should look for a perfect documents to achieve the goals of their organization, there should be no conflict between any employees for the good of the organization .
