I mobilized thousands of youth, members of civil society, peoples representatives and community people across the country for inspiring to promote selfreliant action on the basis of volunteerism approach. About 300 youth unit consisting of 40 members in each around the country has been formed and cultivated by my direct supervision. In my professional career I facilitated different workshops and training courses following participatory learning methodologies and able to create enthusiasm within the session. As a trainer Ifacilitated near about 500 hundreds sessions where youths, community people, member of civil society, Women leaders, Lo cal government representatives, NGO personnel have participated at grass root and national level. As project officer of the project I performed the following activities: Summerized expertise :  Mobilizing youth groups to plan and implement social action project to improve their community in 20 community around the country;  Reporting and Documenting all project activities;  Designing training programs, developing training curriculum, module,handout etc.;  Arranging and facilitating Active Youth Citizens Facilitators and Active Youth Citizens Leaders training at national and local level  Promoting and assessing the social action project of Active Citizens;  160 social action project formation through the community youth volunteers  Monitoring and follow up the project activities in the project area.
