form perspectives that directly impact key decision-making.

In this role, you will:
Evaluate complex, ambiguous business problems with data, analysis, and market research
Identify, gather and analyze large amounts of data quickly and effectively
Analyze and monitor global consumer trends and competitive landscape in partnership with
cross-functional leaders
Work with country leads and cross-functional teams in Product, BD/Partnerships, and
Marketing to analyze risks to and opportunities for growth
Support leadership team in defining Tinder’s long-term GTM strategy in Europe and beyond
Be a strong project manager and problem-solver who can effectively communicate and build
stories around qualitative and quantitative data

Execute independently and efficiently; advance multiple projects with competing deadlines

We're looking for:
3+ years of strategy consulting, investment banking, finance, and/or business operations
experience
Advanced proficiency in analysis/modeling in Excel
Advanced proficiency in design and building presentations
Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, SQL
Must be organized, deadline-driven, and attentive to detail
An excellent communicator
Bachelor degree
