Ideal altitude level/level for competition

 Altitude training is beneficial for endurance-class


athletes since it helps the body maintain its oxygen
saturation.

 This benefit is due to the physiological systems


adaptations that occur during the course of an
exercise.

 It is also important to avoid training at extreme


altitude due to the possibility of experiencing Severe
Hypoxic Effects.

 Training at moderate Altitude is also beneficial for


athletes since it can provide them with the oxygen
they need to perform their usual activities.

 However, doing so can be very challenging since


the body can't transport the oxygen it has stored.

 Optimal levels of Altitude training can be between


(2000-3000mts).
