OVERVIEW
It is hoped that the proposed research will produce a set of recommendations that will improve
the construction industry’s performance in the area of resource management, enabling it to
improve its image in the Middle East and thereby, to make a positive contribution to the process
of resource management in construction.

AIM
The aim of this research is to investigate resources management in construction projects in the
Middle East/Saudia Arabia.

SPECIFICATIONS
The purpose of the research is to elaborate that Construction resource management is the
process of planning and allocating resources required to meet project objectives. Our
all-inclusive guide covers everything related to construction resource management in the
Middle East, from definition and its importance to best practices and tips.
