industry's challenges through a series of
strategies. Those strategies must reflect a
shift to greater achievements for the Company.

generating tremendous performance in the

PT TIM berupaya untuk menciptakan sinergi
di antara anak usahanya dan grup TIMAH
serta mitra strategisnya. Langkah tersebut
dilakukan untuk mempersiapkan Perseroan
untuk menjadi investment Holding Company.

melakukan pengembangan di bisnis-bisnis
yang menjadi core competence grup TIMAH
untuk menciptakan nilai tambah dan

Didirikan pada tahun 1996, PT Timah Investasi
Mineral (PT TIM) memiliki tyjuan untuk.
meningkatkan nilai pemegang saham melalui
eksplorasi dan pertambangan mineral di luar
timah serta pemasaran batubara. Saat ini,
Perseroan fokus pada bijih nikel, pasirsilika dan
batubara mengingat mineral di luar timah
tersebut diperkirakan memiliki prospek bisnis
yang baik di Indonesia.
Dalam mengoperasikan bisnisnya, Perseroan
menekankan pada lima pilar yaitu efisiensi
, produktivitas yang tinggi, pengiriman
tepat waktu, uji kualitas yang konsisten, dan
pelestarian lingkungan. Perseroan percaya
apabila pilar-pilar tersebut terpenuhi, maka
Perseroan dapat meraih kepuasan pelanggan.
Perseroan merupakan anak perusahaan PT
Timah Tbk (99,9%) dengan area operasi
mencakup Pulau Kabaena di Provinsi Sulawesi
Tenggara, Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung,
Muara Enim di Provinsi Sumatera Selatan dan
Banjar Baru di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.
Portofolio perusahan dikelola dan dikembangkan
melalui anak usaha PT TIM Nikel Sejahtera
(TNS), PT Truba Bara Banyu Enim (TBBE) dan PT
‘Tanjung Alam Jaya (TAJ) yang bergerak di
komoditi batubara, dan PT Nasional Hijau Lestari
(NHL) yang bergerak dalam bidang pengelolaan
limbah industri dan tambang.
Founded in 1996, PT Timah Investasi Mineral (PT
TIM) aims to maximize shareholder value through
exploration and mining of non-tin minerals and coal
marketing. Currently, the Company focuses on
nickel ore, silica sand and coal as these non-tin
minerals suggested having good business prospect
in Indonesia.
In operating the business, the Company
emphasizing five pillars of business efficiency, high
productivity, on time delivery, consistent quality
assessment, and environment preservation. The
Company believes if those pillars are fulfilled, the
Company will achieve customer satisfaction.
The Company is a subsidiary of PT Timah Tbk (99%)
with operations area covering Kabaena island in
South East Sulawesi Province, Bangka Belitung
Province, Muara Enim Regency in South Sumatera
Province, and Banjar Baru Regency in South
Kalimantan Province. Its portfolio is managed and
developed through business entities of PT TIM Nikel
Sejahtera (TNS), PT Truba Bara Banyu Enim (TBBE)
and PT Tanjung Alam Jaya (TAJ) that engaged in
coal commodities, and PT Nasional Hijau Lestari
(NHL) that engaged in industry and mining waste
