Proposal For Increasing The Number of People Shopping in The Town Centre
TOWN CENTRE
INTRODUCTION
The aim of this proposal is to provide information in order to improve the shopping situation
in the town centre.
BACKGROUND INFORMATION
As the council must be aware, big chains and franchises are now being opened in the new
shopping centre outdoors. As a result, all the local shops and markets located in the city
centre are reducing their incomes. Moreover, there has been a decline in the number of
tourists visiting the town due to the fact that most of the historical landmarks are located in
the city centre.
In fact, Before the building of the shopping centre most of the people who came shopping opt
to visit the city as well.
SUGGESTIONS
In order to promote the local market, the council can establish a cultural week in which
people can taste, experience and look for all the town products and handmade tools available.
As a result, not only will the local economy be benefited, but also inhabitants will know more
about their culture.
Furthermore, another initiative that can be created is a city tour around the centre in order to
improve tourism and motivate the people to visit all the landmarks. Thus, people can rest at
cafeteries, buy souvenirs and even buy some local products.
FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS
● The council can introduce a cultural week for the increase in the local market.
● It would be interesting to promote tourism which encourages people to visit the town
centre.

ESSAY:
Nowadays, there seems to be an increase in tolerance and mutual respect among people due
to the education in values and the learning about diverse cultures. Thus, What are the best
ways of learning them?
On the one hand, traveling is an effective way to disconnect from your daily routine.
Moreover, people prefer to go on vacation abroad in order to discover the world and learn
about history, gastronomy, traditions or simply relax. Furthermore, those people choose these
destinations due to the fact that the way of living there is not comparable to the one of the
place where they belong. As a consequence visitors can enjoy their voyage and even get
involved in their culture and traditions which can be a benefit for kinesthetic and visual
learners not only because of the way of learning, but also because they create unforgettable
memories.
On the other hand, acquiring enough knowledge of a foreing culture can be done by taking
part in thematic courses and activities. In fact, this is practically the only way of learning for
people who cannot afford traveling abroad. However, those programs are only effective if the
instructor is someone who belongs to that civilization.
In conclusion, were I be to choose, I hold the view that experiencing different lifestyles,
traditions and even gastronomy by traveling abroad is the best way to know about diverse
cultures because the closer you are with the people the better you understand their way of
life.

REPORT ABOUT THE ACTIVITIES DONE IN A SHORT VISIT TO THE
COLLEGE
Introduction
The aim of this report is to provide information about how the visit has been developed, the
activities provided and some recommendations to future ones.
Conclusions
It seems to have been a successful visit with adequate activities that helps the people to get to
know the college and its values. The only objection that needs to be done is a change in the
way of teaching the study methodologies
