Commercial Proposal
The Software is licensed for the number of Named Users mentioned. The License Fees for the same is as follows:-
* All prices excludes Taxes and duties as applicable at the time of billing.
1. Training and Implementation of the Software will be done within 90 working days.
2. Other than Agreed third party software integration will be charged separately depending upon the work effort required.
5. Number of Resource - 2 Technical Consultant and 1 Project Manager for the period of Three Months.
6. All Travel, Accommodation and Daily Allowance to be taken care by the client in case of onsite Implementation.

1. 5% VAT applicable on software licenses
Delivery of Software: 2-3 weeks after signing the End User License Agreement(EULA) and after clearing the
payments.
Annual Maintenance Charges: Charged every year from the date of delivery of software.The Annual
Maintenance Contract covers the following services:
1. All our customers have access to SUFFIXTRIE Service Marketplace, which is a support portal for our customers. Available at
http://service.suffixtrie.com, the SUFFIXTRIE Service Marketplace today is the common platform where SUFFIXTRIE Customers, Partners
and SUFFIXTRIE interact with each other whether it is for logging in a support request, downloading patches, searching the SUFFIXTRIE
solutions database for database for problem resolutions etc. In addition, it also contains product related information and regular news about
SUFFIXTRIE related issues and events.
2. Logging in support problems through the 24*365 Online Support System which also allows our global support network to pick up problems,
request for opening the support connection & logging into your system to analyze and correct the problems.
4. One online Health Check at no extra costs. In the first year, SUFFIXTRIE support would do a Pre-Go Live Check services at no extra costs.
All other terms and conditions would be as per our End-User License Agreement.
