To Whom it May Concern,

I am writing to recommend Soledad Preciado. She worked with me at UC Merced as an Event

Volunteer in 2018.

As a volunteer, Soledad was always honest and resourceful. During her time in our group, she
put in extra effort into getting our tasks done. Her actions played a part in getting multiple events
to run smoothly. Soledad took the time to cover for others when they needed a break.

I appreciated Soledad’s positivity throughout the time we worked together. She always
remembered to bring water to other volunteers during event preparations. Other volunteers
were glad to have her around. Beyond that, she is an impressive problem solver who is able to
address complex issues strategically and confidently.

Soledad is a delight to work with – a team player with a positive, can-do attitude all the way. I
wouldn’t hesitate to add her again if the opportunity arose.
