• What have you accomplished this week?

(BE SPECIFIC)

This week I have accomplished my second set of job shadowing. I have taken many pictures and
videos to document my progress. I have done several drills including MVA (car accident) rescue
procedures for trapped passengers, pulling out hose line and controlling the kickback, full inspection
of the truck. Doing routine safety inspections on businesses in malls to make sure no exits are
blocked, fire extinguishers are tagged, and there is an escape plan labelled.

• What do you plan to accomplish by the end of next week?

By the end of next week, I need to have my capstone done. I will make everything on my website and
on my power, point detailed and complete. I plan to get a good grade because I’ve worked very hard
on completing it.

• Obstacles encountered AND solutions

Some obstacles may be procrastination and delaying my project, or lack of free time. I’ve
prevented this by setting up a schedule in my notes that will help me.
