Dip painting control

Description of operation

Dip painting in a tank at station 2 on automatic cycle. Manual loading at station 1. Manual
unloading at station 3. Cycle triggering and return empty control by operator. The trolley can
only move when the part is in the upper position.

1 The loaded trolley is located at station 1: its presence is detected by sensor S1.Operator (1)
presses push-button P1. The trolley starts to move to the right.

2 When the trolley passes in front of sensor S2, it stops. The load hook is lowered.

3 Lowering stops when the part is dipped in the paint tank (limit switch FL).

4 After a pre-determined time of immersion, the load hook is raised.

5 Raising is stopped in the upper position by limit switch FH. When the hook is in the upper
position, the trolley starts to move to the right.

6 When the trolley passes in front of sensor S3, it stops.

7 When the part has been off-loaded, operator (3) presses push-button P3. The trolley starts to
move towards the left.

8 When the trolley passes in front of sensor S1, it stops / end of cycle.
