4. CAM As per Actual
5. Security Deposit 3 Months
6. Advance 3 Months with 100% deduction
7. Increment 10% annual
8. Duration 10 Years
9. Grace Period 2 months including Fit-out period

That this proposal is valid for 1 week from the issued date of this proposal.
