1. Based on the article, how will you define ethics in research?
According to the article, ethics in research affects research design. The ethics of research and
the design of the research both reflect one another. Furthermore, the discussions under this
article reveal that critical conscious research ethics are embedded in the unfolding research
ethics process involving both participants and researchers, and both of them contribute equally
to the transparency of the ethical process and add value to the research's methodological and
ethical rigor.

2. Are SARS-CoV-2 infection and transmission study on humans rather than animal models
unethical?
Both are unethical. However, it is more unethical for animals. You should treat them with the
same respect that you do humans because they are also living creatures. And, If you want to
collect actual data on infection and transmission in humans, you must conduct human studies
because lab animal data is limited in its applicability to what happens in humans. Like what said
in the article, animal models are not adequately generalizable to humans. And in humans, If a
person does not surrender or give consent to such a study, it is considered unethical. In general,
these types of studies are unethical because they would imply sacrificing a living creature such
as humans or animals, but they would also be very beneficial in the long run in terms of saving
humanity in the future. Again, it is unethical only if it were forced and humans do have the
decision power to either give consent or not.
3. If you were a part of the research teams conducting such phenomenon, what will you do to
correct the unethical feature of the experiment?
As soon as possible, I will gather evidence and material to back up my theory, and then I will
deliver it in a way that proves them wrong. Our incorrect assumptions about how to carry out
such an event may thus be corrected.
