Baseline fitness data
Question: Why do you baseline for fitness testing?

Answers: I need to create a baseline data so I can keep

track of my data from the beginning of the year to the end.
cardiovascular endurance
1 Mile Run
First attempt: 19:43

Second attempt: 15:35

Smart Goal: To be able to finish at a fast time.

Why: I want to be able to show how I’ve progressed.

Muscular strength
Pushups
First attempt: 18

Second attempt: 21

Smart goal: To be able to do 20 or more pushups without

problem.

Why: I usually struggle with doing pushups so doing over 20

would be a good goal.
Muscular endurance
Plank
First attempt: 1:30

Second attempt: 1:42

Smart Goal: To reach over 1:30

Why: I want to work on my core and make it stronger.

Smart goal analysis
No I would not want to change my smart goal because I feel
like I’ve accomplished my goals and proved to myself that I
can do it.
Personal fitness plan
My personal fitness plan is to stay active and put maximum
effort into my fitness health. I will try to put in
different workouts so I can receive the best benefit for my
body. I will also try to stay motivated and be consistent
with my workouts and overall health.
My fitness journey reflection 2019
To conclude my journey I believe I put a lot of effort into
my fitness. In the beginning I didn’t put as much effort as
I did on my re-tests. There weren’t big changes on my
re-tests but they were improvements from the first attempts.
Doing this really helped me try new and different exercises
and helped work on different muscles.
