MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING REGARDING THE ISSUE BETWEEN MR.

IQUIN AND MRS. GACADAN INRELATION TO LOT NO. 301 LOCATED AT
EMPLOYEES VILLAGE BULANAO, TABUK CITY, KALINGA HELD AT PROVINCIAL
LEGAL OFFICE.

Atty.Balnao called the attention of the both parties and hear the both side regarding
the complaint,
Mrs. Gacadan said that before Mr. Iquin bought the said property she already disclose
that the property was not awarded to her and to title at all they are only in actual
possession of the property but the complainant insist to bought the property.
Mr. Iquin denied that there was no disclosure made by Mrs. Gacadan about the
property and want to collect the haft of PhP 380,000 pesos he paid to Mrs. Gacadan.
Mrs. Gacadan rebut the claim of Mr. Iquin regarding the amount paid buy him, they
only received the amount of PhP 180, 000 thousand pesos,
Mr. Iquin said that the 1st payment was received by the late husband of Mrs. Gacadan,
Atty. Balnao said that there is a proper venue regarding to the claim of the
complainant for collection of money and this office have no jurisdiction to settle such
controversy. This office will offer to help Mr. Iquin if Mr. Awing will execute Waiver of
Rights in his favor. Other issue regarding the complaint will not be entertained by
thus office,
Atty. Balnao exuced himself because he has a prior meeting at the Capitol
Gymnasium,
Atty. Luyaben suggested that both parties will talk to Ms. Libertin Awing the original
awardee of the said property in order to settle the complaint.
