I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Miguel Manrriquez, a young mans help I
have deeply appreciated for the last four years. During this time Miguel has mowed, edged,
water my lawn, cleaned my gutters and pool. He has also done odd jobs and handy man duties
around my home.

He arrives early on every other Saturday morning to see what needs to be done and if there is any
special instructions before starting his work day. Miguel is exceptionally considerate of my needs
and expectations. If he needs to change his schedule for a particular week he always advises me
in advance. He is courteous, reliable and works hard. He also takes great pride in his work.

Miguel is a bright and hardworking young man, and I am sure that he will excel at whatever job
he undertakes.
