AFFIDAVIT OF EMPLOYMENT

I, PAULSIMUN TUMALE SERILLA, of legal age, Filipino,

married, and a resident of Blk J7 Lot 7 Brgy. Santa Cruz II,
City of Dasmariñas, Cavite, Philippines, after having been duly
sworn in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say
THAT:    

1. That I am employed by the PARAMOUNT HUMAN

RESOURCE MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE,
specifically at the Hypermarket - Kadiwa with the
position of Butcher since 18 December 2019 to the
present with Company ID No. 20203-0023217;

2. This Affidavit is being executed in order to attest to the

truth of the foregoing facts and not for the purpose of
fraud but in connection with my application abroad.
