HALAL Statement

Dear Valued Customer,

Product: CYTRON TBC (Tributyl citrate, CAS 77-94-1)

Confirmed by the manufacturer (Shandong Kexing Chemical Co., Ltd., see attachment 1), we
hereby ascertain that the above-mentioned product contains no animal ingredients and ethanol (ethyl
alcohol). The ingredients include: citric acid and 1-butanol, which are plant-based or chemically-
synthesized. The reaction flow chart is simplified as follows:

1-butanol
Reaction Purification
Crude TBC TBC (product)
Citric acid

Purification step involves sodium hydroxide and activated carbon, which hare not animal-
sourced.

Furthermore, the equipment for manufacturing these products is not used for manufacturing
products containing animal ingredients and is therefore free from cross-contamination.

The above confirmation is based on the information provided by the manufacturer, should there
be any change in the process or manufacturer, we will inform in of the change in due course, and
ensure the new supplier meets the Halal criteria.
