culture in city by La café & evolving their success in second outlet; as well as factors

that they perceive being barriers to run a successful business

- An attempt has been made to review case studies of – journals, articles of -

- Literature on tastes & preferences of consumers of la café has been reviewed for the

purpose of this study

- This paper aims to explore the fast & steady growth of café culture of La Café in city

- Customers were surveyed on their perceptions of café food & culture including their

food choices, taste, price, store ambience & seating

- Primary data method has been used to survey constumers

Few years back – India was completely aware of ‘café culture’ – a way of life in western

countries
Inspite India – Tea drinking nation , It has accepted the café culture really well

Emerging growth - Due to high demand in ready to consume coffee & changing culture of

consumers food choices – increasing cafes & bistros in & around city

India’s growth of café culture has been increased 20% in a year from 2021 - 2022

Coimbatore – Café culture has been improving & experiencing a gradual evolution day by

day & in that, La café is the one, who; has made a milestone in food &

beverage Industry – where they make food professionally

“Running café is a hospitality business and one needs to create the right ambiance and

experience and back it up with strong logistics”
