Basic unit of a computer system consist of three components and

they are
• Central Processing Unit,
• Input devices and
• Output devices.

2. What is application software? Explain with the help of examples.

Base on the material provide,APPLICATION SOFTWARE is a one of

the intangible part of a computer system that is design to help the user to
perform a singular or multiple related specific task.However, Application
software is tailored to the work at hand and can range from as simple as a calculator
to as complicated as a word editing program. For instance,, the word processor
application makes it easy to add color, headings, and pictures or delete, copy, move,
and change the document's appearance to suit your needs.in addition, office software
suites might include word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation, and email
applications. Graphics suites such as Adobe Creative Suite include applications for
creating and editing images, while Sony Audio Master Suite is used for audio
production.

- Computer Hardware
Computer Hardware is the physical components that a computer system
requires to function such as the case, central processing unit, monitor, mouse,
keyboard, computer data storage, graphics card, sound card, speakers and
motherboard.Also, it possesses two components the Input and Output Devices.

- Computer Software
Computer software is the intangible component of a computer system that
consists of a programming code that is run on a computer processor.For example,
Internet browser, movie player and so on.

- People ware
People ware refers to the human role in an IT system.Examples of peopleware
include individual people, groups of people, project teams, businesses, developers,
and end users.

- Computer Language
The computer language is used to communicate with computers.Also it is a
type of written language that tells computers what to do. For instance Python, Ruby,
Java, JavaScript and more.
