Job Purpose
Aviacons is setting up a world class FTO at Nanded Airport and we are looking to welcome Passionate and
dedicated Instructors to join our growing team for the position of Theoretical Knowledge Instructors (Ground
Instructors) for its Ground School at Hyderabad/Nanded, meeting the criterion as laid down in DGCA CAR
Section 7, Series D, Part I, updated from time to time and company’s SOPs and Guidelines.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

Include but not restricted to the following: -
• Theoretical Knowledge Instructor is responsible to the CTKI/CGI for all aspects of ground training.
• To assist the CTKI/CGI in developing and monitoring the cadet pilot's personal qualities and discipline.
• Deliver Theoretical Instructional classes as per the prescribed syllabus.
• Preparation of lessons including the necessary notes, charts, books, and references for subjects that
have been allocated.
• To develop the cadet pilot's personal knowledge on aviation subjects as per the approved syllabus &
TPM.
• To prepare cadet pilots for licence examinations, monitor the cadets progress and maintain and
process the trainee's records and reports as directed/desired.

Qualification
• Held or Holder of CPL or ATPL, (OR)
• Air Navigation Instructors from Defense Services; (OR)
• Holder of Flight Navigator’s License; (OR)
• Degree or equivalent in Aeronautical; (OR)
• Mechanical Engineering or Electrical /Electronic/ Communication Engineering; (OR)
• QFI/ QNI/ Pilot/ Navigator from Defence/ Paramilitary forces, (OR)
• Qualified Air Traffic Controller; (OR)
• Preferably have undergone an instructor techniques course.

Experience
• Having at least one year of teaching experience with FTO/Defence Aviation Training Organisation/
Airports Authority of India Aviation training Centres.
