Cause and On the screen, it displays this error message "utility loss".
Symptoms
Note 1: The inverter displays a voltage of Vac equal to 169 V
in steps
Note 2 : the measurement with the voltmeter in the ac box gave me this value 234 V

Check-Point At the beginning, I checked the safety country and the AC connector. Then, I also the
differential circuit breaker status of AC protection box and the continuity of the AC
connector but I found that it is running. Finally, I upgrade the firmware for the inverter
but the same problem has resist.
Note:  I installed this inverter in another installation that is in good condition and works
but I found the same problem.
